Cancelling an Order
You can only cancel an order if it is still in “Pending Validation” or “Order in Preparation” status. You must act quickly. The best way is to call Louis Vuitton Client Services immediately. Once the status changes to “Shipped,” you can no longer cancel it and must refuse the delivery or initiate a return upon receipt.
