- Enter your Order Number. Find this number in your confirmation email or on your receipt.
- Enter the Email Address or phone number associated with the order.
- Click “Track Order” to see your current order status and tracking updates.
Finding Your Order Number
- Confirmation Email: Your order number appears at the top of the order confirmation email Lululemon sent you.
- Receipt: For in-store purchases, the order number is printed on your physical receipt.
- Processing/In Progress: Lululemon has received your order and is preparing it for shipment. This is a standard status before an item ships.
- Shipped: Your order has left the warehouse. A tracking number will be provided to follow its journey with the carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS).
- Delivered: The carrier has reported the package as delivered at the shipping address.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
- Order Number Not Working: Double-check the number for accuracy. Ensure you are entering the correct associated email or phone number. If it still fails, contact Guest Education Centre for support.
- No Tracking Updates: Sometimes carrier systems take several hours to update after a package is scanned.
- Like New Orders: Track your “Like New” orders through the specific “Like New” website portal, not the main Lululemon store tracker.
