How to Track Your JCPenney Order

With an Order Number:
The simplest way to track an order is with your order number and email address or phone number.

  1. Go to the JCPenney Order Status page: https://www.jcpenney.com/orders/trackorders
  2. Enter your order number.
  3. Enter the email address or phone number associated with your account.
  4. Click “Track Order” to see your order status and tracking number.

Without an Order Number:
If you cannot find your order number, check your email inbox for an order confirmation from JCPenney. This email always contains the order number. If you have a JCPenney account, you can also find it in your order history after logging in.

Checking Order History:

  1. Log in to your account on JCPenney.com.
  2. Click on “My Orders” or “Order History” in your account dashboard.
  3. You will see a list of your recent purchases along with their current status.

Understanding Order Status:

  • Order In Progress/Still in Process/In Review: This means your order is being prepared for shipment. It has not yet been handed off to a delivery carrier like UPS or USPS.
  • Shipped: Your order is on its way. Once it ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress on the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS tracking).
