Common Order Status Meanings

Understanding your order status can help you know what stage your product is at.

  • Submitted/Confirmed: HP has received your order.
  • In Production: Your custom-built product is being assembled.
  • Packaging: Your order is being packed for shipment.
  • Shipped: Your order has left the HP warehouse. A tracking number is available.
  • Delivered: The carrier has reported the package as delivered.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

“HP order number not working”
This is a common problem. First, double-check that you entered the number correctly. It can take 24-48 hours for a new order to appear in the tracking system. If it has been longer, you will need to contact HP Customer Service for assistance.

“How to check HP repair status”
Order tracking is for new purchases. To check on a repair, you must use a separate HP Repair Status portal or contact support directly with your repair case number.

“No tracking number yet”
HP will only provide a tracking number after your order physically leaves their facility. During production and packaging, a number will not be available.
